Sale of totally refurbished classic HiFi products

You are very welcome at Classic Audio’s workshop.
In connection with the purchase of a classic HiFi product, there can be many things that you want to see, get informed about and, not least, it can be a good idea to experience the sound quality that a totally renovated classic product is really capable of.
Many customers choose to ‘stop by’ in connection with an agreement to purchase a totally refurbished classic product. Of course, it also gives the opportunity to see and experience how extensive a total renovation really is and to get an insight into what result can be achieved both in terms of sound and visuals.
Classic Audio always has the opportunity to arrange a demonstration of both sound quality and cabinet quality in a nice listening room.
In this connection, the final details and special requests for a total renovation and upgrade of your product can be agreed.

Delivery and Service conditions
All prices and offers are given under the conditions below:

Delivery condition : Ex-Works (ex stock) company address (Incoterms 2010).
Classic Audio is happy to arrange shipping at the customer’s expense and risk with PostDanmark.
The shipment will be dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment.
The shipment is insured and has a ‘Trace & Track’ number.
Note: If the item shows signs of transport damage or similar upon receipt, the buyer must contact PostDanmark immediately.
Classic Audio cannot be held responsible in connection with the coverage of transport damage.
All shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and Classic Audio considers the order as delivered when the shipment has been handed over to PostDanmark.

Terms of payment Net cash.
Normally, a deposit is paid when the order is placed.

The products are covered by a 6-month right of complaint.
The right to complain includes the rectification of errors and defects present at the time of delivery. Complaints for refurbished classic products should be addressed to Classic Audio.
The repair must be done at Classic Audio’s workshop.
The right to complain naturally includes materials and wages and expenses for the repair – the customer may pay transport costs to and from the workshop.
Errors rectified at other workshops are not covered by the right of complaint.

Total renovation of your classic HiFi product

You are very welcome at Classic Audio’s workshop.
Many customers choose to ‘come by’ in connection with an agreement on the total renovation of your classic product. It gives the opportunity to see and experience how extensive a total renovation really is and to get an insight into what result can be achieved both in terms of sound and visuals. Classic Audio always has the opportunity to arrange a demonstration of both sound quality and cabinet quality in a nice listening room.
In this connection, the final details and special requests for a total renovation of your product can be agreed.

Refurbishment and Service conditions
All prices and offers are given under the conditions below

Delivery conditions for refurbished classic products is FCA (ab) the company’s address.
Possibly shipping or collection can be arranged for the customer.

Terms of payment are net cash.
Normally, a deposit is paid when the order is placed.

The products are covered by a 6-month right of complaint.
The right to complain includes the rectification of errors and defects present at the time of delivery. Complaints for refurbished classic products should be addressed to Classic Audio.

A book is supplied for each product with the following content:

The product presentation is a quality scan of the manufacturer’s descriptions for the product.
The certificate is the document that shows that the product has undergone Classic Audio’s Total Refurbishment Program, meets the requirements for a classic product and meets the original factory specifications.
Product manual is a quality scan of the original manual for the product.
Test results are the result of Classic Audio’s measurements on the product, showing the product’s actual specifications.
Product diagram is a quality scan of the correct diagram version for the product.
